Processing Times

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 3–5 business days. Handmade and made-to-order pieces may take a little longer—we'll always note those timelines on the product page if they apply.

Please keep in mind that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or delivery transit times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer a variety of shipping options.

We currently only ship within the U.S., but we're working on expanding our reach!

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the delivery service—but we’re still here to help. If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@willows-wares.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make things right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we’re unable to reship items due to incorrect addresses.
